CIRCUS MEETS VISUAL ARTS

READ MORE...CirkusPerspektiv was commissioned to curate and make an exhibition that explores a meeting between circus and visual arts at Gävle Konstcentrum in Sweden. The material that we predominantly worked with were bubbles, foil and mooring fenders. We created three kinetic and sonic circus installations.
The project explore a shift from human-centered circus making by paying increasing attention to the other-than-human entities and elements involve in composition.
